(March 23, 2019, Shanghai, China) The Tank Art Center was officially opened to the public on March 23, 2019. The exhibition "Under Construction" invited thirteen Chinese contemporary artists active in the domestic and international art scene to participate, which is an important part of the opening of the Oil Tank Art Center. The exhibition relies on the No. 4 tank of the Oil Tank Art Center and the central connection area to present these unknown, unfinished, or very different works from their representative creations. Together, they think about the future-oriented time consciousness and the history of experimental art practice. Value, and the significance of long-term creative development at multiple levels such as personal creation and public institutions.
（2019年3月23日，中国上海）油罐艺术中心于2019年3月23日正式对公众开放。展览“建立中”邀请了十三位活跃在国内与国际艺术舞台的中国当代艺术家参展，是油罐艺术中心开幕的重要组成。展览依托油罐艺术中心4号罐及中央连接区域呈现了这些艺术家不为人知的、未完成、或是与其代表性创作大相径庭的艺术作品，共同思考朝向未来发展的时间意识、实验艺术实践的历史价值，及个人创作与公共机构等多个层面长期进行创造性发展的意义。
